Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

Shipping Time: 7-14 business days for international delivery

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nuna watch! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Method: Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

How to Return:

2. We'll provide return instructions and address

3. Ship the item back securely

4. Receive your refund once we process the return

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
